Riddle Wovens primarily ships via USPS (Priority Mail 2-3 Day Shipping).
Because we are a family business and strive to keep costs low for our clients, we ship orders 1-2 times a week. This means depending on the day and time you have ordered, items usually ship within 2-4 business days. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days.
Priority Shipping does not mean that we are priority prepping and packaging. This means that once your item arrives to the Post Office, they will delivery to you with in 2-3 business days.
Riddle Wovens is not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses or for non-retrieved items from your post office. If you have not left us mailing address changes, requests or any indication of a different address, the shipment will be sent to the address you either filled out or have listed in your PayPal. If we have a package mailed back to us, that is not validation for a return. Your item will be held here for you until you can pay for your item to be re-shipped.
We are not responsible for packages stolen from your mailbox, porch, car, purse etc..It is your responsibility to contact your local USPS office to file a claim/police report. At this point we are considered a 3rd party. If you need a receipt or proof of purchase, please email us at email@example.com and we are happy to assist.
If your package was marked out for delivery but never delivered, please contact your local post office for further details. You will have more information for them to assist you with than we will.
If a claim is involved, please understand that it can take time. Please be patient while we all work together in getting more information. This is out of our hands, however, we like to try and help.
Each priority shipment will include a tracking number in which you will be emailed to you. Many times you will get your tracking number immediately, however, normal shipping times still apply. We print from home unless the shipments are international.
If you have chosen to have your item shipped via ground with no insurance, RW is not responsible for replacing any lost or stolen packages.
PLEASE check your spam folder for information regarding your order and/or shipment.
If you do not receive your tracking order or confirmation, please email us. We are nice and will make it right! We are busy and have babies too, it can happen.
If you are familiar with shipping costs, you will notice that we do not charge full price on our insured shipments. We still chip in.
We do ship to (PO Boxes and APOs).
We do offer International shipping for our clients outside of the U.S. by weight as well. This does not cover Tax and Duty. (You are responsible for gathering the information needed to cover the costs upon arrival to your country of residence.) We do not know what your fees will be.
Your package will be shipped via USPS and will be shipped as a ground shipment unless you pay more per a conversation for priority shipping. Ground takes time.
TRACKING INTERNATIONAL GROUND SHIPMENTS
We please ask that you do not email us/ message everyday requesting updates on international shipments. These shipments often take several days to a week to show up in USPS's system IF they show up at all. We see what you see and once they leave our local post office, we cannot call them to get further details, until they are secured in their system. The number you are given for your GROUND SHIPPING is a customs number. There is a 50% chance it might or might not show up in the system. We have seen packages take 6-20 days for international ground shipping.
Once your order is complete, international shipping charges are non-refundable. It takes time for us to put to gether your shipment to travel abroad, as well as special packaging that cannot be reused.

Expedited Shipping is available upon request but will require a $20 rush fee
