FELTED SOAPS AND DRYER BALLS - Non-Refundable
WOVEN BABY WRAPS AND CARRIERS - We are not responsible for damage, flaws, shrinkage or stretching after a wrap or carrier has been washed, worn, or used in any manner. Receiving an item with nothing wrong with it DOES NOT qualify for a return, and your item will be held here until you are able to pay to have it shipped back or choose to start the return process. (If Applicable)
RETRO T-SHIRTS- Riddle Shirts are non-refundable.We thoroughly wash, dry, and rigorously inspect each shirt for any signs of excessive damage or wear and tear. To our way of thinking, "vintage" means super-cool and maybe a little faded, with some age on it, but still in great shape. UPCYCLED JEWELRY- Riddle Jewelry is non-refundable.
IF YOU QUALIFY...
1. Regardless of the circumstance, we do not refund any form of shipping charges.
2. Your item cannot shows signs of wear or usage. If your item has been worn, washed, Ironed, pressed, show signs of animals or heavy smells it will NOT be eligible for a refund.
3. Each item must be returned with original packaging, bag, tags, instructions, and documents still attached ( if applicable). If you are missing one or more of these items, you may not qualify for a refund.
4. "Gifts with purchase" must be returned along with your item, otherwise the gifts full retail value will be subtracted from your refund. Everything must be returned with the item you are returning.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT
Please email us at email@example.com to inform us you’d like to return your item.
This way we can expect it and can expedite your return.
1. Please be sure that you contact us first before returning your item, so that we know to expect its arrival and to ensure you are approved for a return.
2. Your item must NOT show signs of wear or tear and must be in pristine condition. This includes fragrance. If you return has any medium-strong odor, you will have the option to either pay to have your item shipped back to you or get a refund minus your $5 processing fee, 5% restocking fee, along with a 40% dry vent clean fee. (PRIMARILY PERTAINS TO WRAPS AND CARRIERS.)
3. Our shipping costs will be deducted from your return.
4.You will receive your remaining refund within 3-5 days of approval. Processing these approvals may take 2-3 business days once item has arrived to us.
5. Please note* shipping & insurance costs are generally more than what you pay during check out. Because of this, shipping your return to us will not be refunded, nor will your original shipping charge.
Regular Purchase ~ May be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or prior to fulfillment. If your item has been fulfilled you will be refunded less shipping fees.
REFUNDS VIA CREDIT CARD AND PAYPAL may take 3-7 business days to show back onto your card. You may receive a notice stating your refund is pending.
